[ Body Heat ]

Body Heat, as one parameter of body image, visualizes the passive relation to both pleasure  and pain. Under the great themes of Western civilization, it unexpectedly links the puzzles of bodily pain marked Greek tragedies, the early Christian efforts to comprehend the Son of God, and the issue of bodily  passivity appeared in recent centuries, all in a particular place: the city.
