Amate l'Architettura by Gio Ponti,

Here an opportunity to learn the essence of architecture from one of the greatest masters of the last century. “Make architecture your own by loving it, considering it as precious as a diamond, if not more so”. This and more can be found inside the book by Giò Ponti. The definition of the pivotal elements of  architecture, the basic geometries compared to natural elements and the architecture that has taken them up. This free book carries within it an enormous wealth of notions that the master Ponti was able to generously transmit to all of us. Through his sketches, contained in the book, and some of my own sketches of his works, I have brought to light some of the cardinal elements quoted taken up by the master himself in his works. The simplicity of some sketches as an incipit for some works of unique complexity and vividness. We love architecture!
